Here
is a pork, apple and cheddar creation called Fidget
Pie
in
Shropshire England. Its origins may date back to Anglo-saxon times.
As to the name ~~~ who knows? Maybe because of the way the
ingredients ‘fidget’ about inside the pie. English meat pies were
intended to be carried out into the workplace. Here slave has used
individual oven proof bowls to make sharing them easier.
