Little Black Book of Indiscreet Recipes”
These
are fourteen special dishes created and designed as a tribute to my
Master Indy. They are being presented one a day for the two weeks
leading up to the second anniversary serving Master. The Man who,
when He wishes to exert it, has total control over my life. ...and I
would have it no other way!

Ingredients:
2
cups Cherry tomatoes
Celery
cut into 1 inch pieces (about 2 cups)
1
small onion thinly sliced
Dressing
by a fresh HO-made Italian :-)
2
Tablespoons White wine Balsamic vinegar
2
Tablespoons Peanut Oil
1
Tablespoon juice from Sweet pickles
1
Tablespoon Lemon juice
2
teaspoons Dijon Mustard
2
small cloves garlic minced finely
1/8
teaspoon Dried Basil
2
pinches sugar. Kosher salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:
Whisk
together ingredients for dressing, let sit to blend flavors.
Wash
cherry tomatoes and celery in a bath of vinegar water. (approx. 1/8
cup vinegar to 6 cups water. Let sit for 7 minutes, then swish to
clean and rinse well.
Thinly
slice the onion – CAREFULLY!
Mix
the tomatoes, celery and onion in a serving bowl. Drizzle with the
dressing, and serve. Can be kept separately overnight in
refrigerator to blend tastes before mixing well for guests.
