Kitchen Tip
Any
time you buy meat and find you must freeze it to keep before cooking,
may slave suggest:
Lay
out some wax paper, then plastic wrap over that.
Open
the package of meat and cut label showing weight / cut/ when
purchased/ etc and lay that so it can be seen after meat is
re-wrapped.
Re-wrap
as tightly as you can with the plastic wrap. With at least one layer
going around 90 degrees from the first. Then if you have the right
size, put that in a zipper freezer bag. Push out all of the air that
you can before finally sealing it.
Try
to NOT EVER freeze in the original packaging, it can only cause
grief.
