Pastrami Deli Delights

Well it's time for the tree trimming parties! These warm bites will be so welcome. The tastes of old tyme New York Deli Sandwiches have been a favorite for years.

Pastrami, mustard, horseradish, pickles on rye, what's not to love! Here we present them as a finger food for your next get-together.

Ingredients:
1 Tbs mustard
1 Tbs horseradish sauce
1 tsp mayo
1 tsp pickle relish
¼ tsp coriander
½ lbs pastrami chopped
1 cup shredded cheese

loaf of party rye (rye squares)
Mustard to spread

Directions:

Finely chop the pastrami

In bowl mix Mustard with horseradish sauce,
add mayo & pickle relish.

Stir in the coriander (this is the main taste of pastrami)

Finally stir in the chopped pastrami and cheese
Seal until ready to serve.

Turn on broiler, line a tray with foil and lightly spray.

Spread thin coating of mustard on the rye squares and place on foil.
Drop mixture by tablespoonfuls onto each and slide under broiler.

Watch carefully, don't want them to burn, just heat and melt.
Transfer with a spatula onto serving dish.
