EZ Santa cookies

Yes it is time for cookies again! Ready? How about some that are super easy to make and wont make 6 dozen! After all how many do you plan to eat?

These use a box of Red Velvet cake mix. So remember, that is just a regular cake with a whole bottle of red food coloring in it. So be prepared to wipe up any thing that spills. If you leave it, it will die things red. These taste so good. As you might have read, slave has just moved into a small apartment. A nice plate of these will go along way to make new friends.

Ingredients
  • 1 Box Red Velvet Cake Mix
  • 1 (15 ounce) can of Pumpkin (not pie mix)
  • ½ Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 2 Cups White Chocolate Chips
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon of that home made vanilla that we made!

Instructions
  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees.

  1. In a bowl, mix together the cake mix, pumpkin, and spice. Add chocolate chips if desired. Spoon onto baking sheet and cook for 12 to 15 minutes.

This is much easier if you use parchment paper: you can load up several sheets and then just slide them on and off as they are cooked.
Let cool 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to finish.

  1. This makes about 3 dozen, or it would have if slave had been more anal and was more careful with the cookie scoop!
This is just a quick fun little recipe to try out now before the holiday and Santa will be expecting some good stuff from you...:-)
This, like any chocolate chip cookie ever made, will please most men that were ever born. Its genetic. It makes a soft cake like cookie, these will not be crisp.

So happy to be serving my Master Indy.
